1. They give the mortgage broker leads that have been sitting for weeks, which probably can't be sold to any broker anyway.

2. They give the mortgage broker a lead that is so good, it is not representative of all the leads the company provides. The broker gets one "hot" lead then buys hundreds of leads, thinking that all leads are of that caliber.
